Lead City News App is the easiest way to improve the communication among the university for both
students and Parents. A real-time solution response points for logging complaint.
The App can be downloaded from Google play store and the university website. The news side of the
app is public while the Forum side is private the user need to registrar before it can access the forum.
Complain logged to any unit of the university (IT, Admission, Result etc.) The complaint is received
by the administrator (can be any designated person in each unit or department) at real-time and
response to the complaint.
Also, the App can service learning platform for the students, where student can discuss about project,
assignment etc.
